Description

Sunsil 367(Sunlev 367) is a general silicone rapid leveling agent, widely used in most kinds of ink and coating system, with excellent substrate wetting and leveling effect, can effectively prevent the production of shrinkage, orange peel.

Properties

Quick leveling and shrinkage resistance

Apply for water-based, oil-based, and UV systems.

Good compatibility, suitable for varnish.

Good substrate wetting, not stabilize foams

Application & Recommend Adding amount

UV varnish and ink: 0.3-1.0%, quick leveling and enhance slipping

Baking paint and PU varnish: 0.1-0.3%, leveling, anti-shrinkage

Oil-based varnish: 0.1-0.5%, quick leveling and unstable foam

Oil-based leather coating and moisture curing: 0.5%, leveling, transparent

Water-based paint and ink: 0.1-1.0%, wetting, quick leveling

Adding method

Added in coatings, paints during or after the manufacturing process, suggested to add after 3-5 times dilution, and it should be spreading evenly.

Packing & Storage

25kgs net per drum

Store in cool and dry places at 5-30℃ for 24 months shelf life, avoid direct sunlight.
