Description

Sunsper 2700x middle molecular weight dispersing agent.

It is polyether type dispersants with high efficiency multi-anchoring group.

Suitable for all waterborne coatings. Ideally suited for use of the Resin-Free Pigment Concentrates, especially for the dispersion of Azo pigments, phthalocyanine and carbon.

Specific performance as below

Ø Excellent wetting and reduce viscosity.

Ø Shorten the grinding time and improve production efficiency.

Ø 100% active ingredients, without any organic solvents.

Ø Dispersing withoug grinding resin to extend the storage period.

Adding amount

Organic pigment 3-10% Carbon black 10-30%

For dispersing pigment, please put it into water for pre-dispersion, before adding pigment.

Application

Medium polar solvent system, recommend for gravure ink, especially for dispersing high color carbon black.

Store in cool and dry places at 5-30℃ for one year shelf life
