Description

Sunsper 1700 is COMB structure dispersing agent with much high effect anchoring group.

Specific performance as below

• Excellent wetting and reduce viscosity, improve tinting strength and gloss. Especially for carbon blacks.

• Shorten the grinding time and improve production efficiency.

• Improve solid content greatly.

• Decrease the viscosity of dispersing system.

• Improve dispersion stability.

• Improves color development with organic pigments.

  
  

Adding amount

Inorganic pigments 5-8% on oil absorption value

Organic pigment (green, blue, violet) 5-15% on BET value

Organic pigment (yellow, orange, red) 10-25% on BET value

Carbon blacks (LCF) 5-10% on DBP value

Carbon blacks (HCC) 20-25% on DBP value

Application

Lower polar solvents system. Recommend for offset ink and alkyd marine coatings.

Especially for dispersing phthalocyanines & carbon black.

It should be incorporated in the mill base before adding to the pigments.

Store in cool and dry places at 5-30℃ for one year shelf life
