Application
l As anti-blocking agent and slipping agent for PP, CPP, BOPP,EVA, LDPE, LLDPE, PVC, PVDC and PU film. And useful for multi-layer co-extrusion film, high-transparent agricultural film, superhigh molecular weight PE and metallocene PE. It can significantly reduce coefficient of static friction and dynamic of product surface(film or sheet), enhance workability and packaging efficiency.
l It’s used as slipping, anti-blocking and anti-fouling agent in ink, and can slow precipitation of pigment and filler, and as re-dispersing application. Anti-blocking agent SR can increase the abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, surface smoothness of printed matter, especially improve its slipperiness and anti-adhesion during sammeld ruck.
l Improve the gloss, anti-fouling and elongation of rubber products(SBE, SBP, SBR, PP), enhance the vulcanization acceleration and abrasion resistance, especially have the effect of preventing sun cracking;
l It can be used as a release agent and surface smoothing and brightening agent for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubber, and a lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, a lubricant for LDPE rolling artificial leather, fiber materials, non-woven materials and entertainment chips. As the slip agent of PA and other highly wear-resistant materials (gears, shaft sleeves, skateboard, etc.) and the lubricating and dispersing agent of ABS graphite fiber modified materials, used as effective anti-blocking hot melt adhesive.
l It is allowed to be used in food containers and food packaging materials (GB9685-2008). This product has passed the green environmental protection test of SGS and complies with the EU RoHS.

It is not soluble in water, but can be soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone, and xylene, etc.
